Three tiers.
One honest conversation about cost

We do not publish a rate, because the number that fits a six person contractor is not the number that fits a three hundred person one, and a headline price that applies to neither helps nobody. Ask us on the first call and you will get a figure.

Program

For contractors running several programs, where consistency across buyers is the thing that matters.

Why we price this way

Published rates and what they hide

Plenty of products publish a number. Here is the honest reason we do not, and what we do instead.

ProcureAudit Looks transparent

Looks transparent

A headline figure reads as openness, and it is usually built around one customer shape. Everybody else discovers the real number later, once they are invested in the process.

The variables that actually move the price sit below the headline number, which is why the quoted figure so rarely survives contact with a real requirement.

Questions about cost

Including the awkward ones

Why is there no price on this page?
Because any number we published would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What you pay depends on how many people need access and which tier fits, and we would rather give you a straight figure for your situation than a headline rate that turns out not to apply.
Is this a way of hiding an expensive product?
No, and you can test that on the call by asking for the number in the first five minutes. We will give it to you. What we will not do is publish a figure that suits a ten person firm and misleads a three hundred person one.
How quickly can we get a number?
On the first call, once we know roughly how many people need access and which tier fits. It is not a multi stage process and there is no requirement to sit through a demo first if you only want pricing.
Which tier will we need?
Most contractors start on Program, because value thresholds and named reviewers are usually the reason they came looking. Team suits a single group getting its records in order, and Enterprise is for heavier role separation across sites.
Can we start smaller and move up?
Yes, and it is the sensible way in. Templates and records carry across, so moving tier adds capability rather than requiring anything to be rebuilt.
Do you charge for setup?
We will tell you on the call rather than here, because it depends on whether you are starting fresh or loading existing awards. Building the first template is usually an afternoon, which is not the expensive part.
Is there a minimum commitment?
That is part of the conversation. Bring your actual constraints, including budget cycle timing, and we will tell you plainly whether we can work within them.
What if we already pay for a procurement platform?
Then the question is what it cannot answer, and it is worth asking us directly. ProcureAudit covers the purchasing record behind contract awards, which often sits alongside a system doing day to day buying rather than replacing it.

ProcureAudit is built by eProcureAI, alongside the main procurement platform and VendorHub. If you already use another part of the family, say so on the call, because it affects the conversation.

Ask us for the number

Bring roughly how many people need access and one award you would rather not assemble by hand. You will leave the call with a figure and a straight answer about fit.
